The appraisal process is the first step in evaluating assets. Electragroup Liquidators & Auctioneers Ltd. has provided appraisal reports for Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Corporations, Trustee's, and Executors. Our corporate division specializes in Industrial Equipment, Automotive, Aircraft, and Machinery Equipment. Our Estate division provides appraisals for personal property required by Executors and Individuals. Our appraisal fees are based on hourly rates. Our current fee structure is $180.00 per hour; minimum fee for an appraisal is $500.00. A member of our appraisal team will either visit the prospective client location or request that smaller items be brought to our facility. All our appraisals are compliant with the standards and ethics as set forth by the CPPA Group (Canadian Personal Property Appraisal Group) and the AOA(Association of Online Appraisers).
