There are several known ways to avoid and prevent symptoms of hot flashes. And this includes some changes in your lifestyle and diet. If you are a smoker, you should quit. Watch your intake of high fat foods. Cut back on caffeine, including things like coffee, soda, and sugar. The idea is to minimize the effect of hot flashes in the body. There are also natural remedies which replicates the production of loss estrogen in the body which is the primary cause of hot flashes. But even when taking any treatment and medication, if you do not take care of your own health and body the treatment will be just a waste.
