The test involves the distilled water with a wad of cotton wool on one of the two regions zigomatiche. On applies an aqueous solution of lactic acid to 15 percent. It questions the person concerned after the second and fifth minute, taking note of the reactions reported:
- No abnormal sensations (0);
- Sensation of heat-burning light (1);
