How to eat a healthy skin
It is not too difficult to follow a healthy diet, which is for your skin. With some suggestions, you can easily keep your skin looking young and healthy longer. A couple of things that can help you understand:
Plenty of eating fatty acids
Fatty acids are very good for the skin and can be found in fatty fish as well as flaxseed oil. Salmon and tuna are particularly good, and to include flaxseed oil in the diet, you should try to add two tablespoons of it per day on foods like potatoes.
Getting the right vitamins in the body
Vitamin E is particularly useful to keep skin looking good. Nuts such as almonds and walnuts are great to keep your skin looking healthy as they are extremely rich in vitamin E. whole-grain products and Soya are also good to eat food.
Vitamin A is also good for the skin and foods like sweet potatoes, carrots and spinach are all rich in beta carotene that nature is more easily assimilated source of vitamin A. The beta carotene helps fight off free radicals that cause anti aging.
Drink plenty of water!
Water is almost a miracle cure for skin. It really help clear the skin and flush any toxins in the body. It is recommended to drink about 8 glasses of water a day, even though all depends on how active. If you are fairly active, you may need more than 8 glasses a day to keep your skin properly hydrated.
However, if not almost nothing during the day, you may not need to drink as much as usual. The general rule is to look at the color of your urine when you go to the bathroom. If it is a lighter color of champagne, it is enough fluid in you, if you do not need to be drinking more water!
Overall, a healthy diet is essential if you want healthy skin. Obviously you will need to exercise, and get much sleep too much, but having a healthy diet are contributing to have healthy, glowing skin!
